Lost 100 lbs in a year and a half!!

I guess it's obvious which two are the before pics. I used to always be the picture taker and hated pics of myself so there's not a lot of them. I started my "new eating habit" on Jan 4,2016 at 223.6 lbs and as of today I am now 121 lbs. it only took me till September to lose 85 of the 100. The last 15 lbs have been very slow. I am now a Grandma at 45 yrs old, and healthier than ever!!!

    I was just thinking the same thing. I think seeing her success inspired hubs to improve his own health. Great job to both.
