1200 cals daily eating plan

Fp says I needa eat 1200 cals daily to loose weight...
I m struggling with meal ideas.
please advise me urs..

    I usually think of building my plates with 1 serving protein (chicken breast, lean pork, egg, fish), 2 vegetable (summer squash, broccoli, salad​ greens, tomato) and then fill in the rest as needed for calories/macros. Typical lunch for me is salad with chicken or tuna and tomato, dinner of chicken breast and 100 grams each of mushrooms, broccoli, and asparagus. Protein bar for breakfast, fruit for a snack, protein fluff for dessert.

    My diary is open if you want ideas. I tend to eat cereal for lunch everyday so I can have a heftier dinner.

    I am on 1200 cals and eat stuff like: Half A cup of egg whites with 1 whole egg plus spinach mushrooms and tomato makes a healthy lunch or breakfast. 12 almonds for a snack. 120g chicken or steak with 3 cups of salad or dark green veges for lunch or dinner. 150g white fish with 3 cups of veges for lunch or dinner. Protein shake for breakfast. 1/5 of a round of brie or camembert cheese with 100g of pastrami for a snack. Weight watchers jelly that had been set can be blitzed with cottage cheese for pudding. Scoop of casein with 100mls of coconut cream makes a blancmange pudding.

    1200 calories is awfully low. I would go to bed hungry every night on that.
