I'm new to this, been in denial about my weight until yesterday when I weighed myself, that was the turning point!!
Need support for exercising as I hate it and staying away from chocolate

    welcome to the site! as the weight comes off and you see results, the chocolate craving will become far less of a nag I promise! it just takes some time. take it from me as I went from 472lbs down to the 240-250lb range!

    you don't need to stay away from chocolate! Its all about a calorie deficit! Get some interval training n you'll smash this!

    I just started Tuesday, so I'm new too. I've also been in denial about my weight and am addicted to chocolate. I have gone cold turkey on all chocolate and sweets, except for those nasty fat free Fig Newtons. Yes, they're not great, but they're pretty harmless and tend to take care of my sweet cravings.     I forgot to mention that I also hate exercising. I mean really, really hate it. I am recovering from an injured back, but as soon as that's okay I will start walking. That's about the only real exercise I think I can stick to. Gyms and workouts are out for me. I'd rather starve myself. lol

    Chocolate is mY biggest weakness. I recently bought the special k milk chocolate protein shake and it has helped
