Almost halfway through my journey to my first target, initially looking to lose around 70lb to get me just above the healthy BMI range (allowing a bit extra for large frame size - broad shoulders/broad hips) and then I will review when I get there to see if I want to lose a little more or just recomp. I log daily whether it's a bad or a good day. Feel free to give me an add. Currently 30lb down (give or take a couple of pound of water weight here and there).

Started with a goal of losing 80. Down 12 via WW. Considering moving to Keto plan to help with sugar based binges. All or none mentality. Does not appear I was blessed with the moderation gene. Just kidding about that.

Hi! Set my initial goal at 40 (where I'm fairly comfortable in my skin) but need to lose about 20 beyond that to be in my suggested range. I've been at it for about a month and a half. I started slow just building workout and logging habits without attending to specific calorie intake and burn goals. Didn't lose much during that time but I recently incorporated my goals and have been hitting it hard for the last 2 weeks. I've dropped 5 lbs since then! Setting up my habits before digging in was such a big help and a very important part of making a lasting change. Rewarding myself for healthy habits has helped them to stick and now they are almost automatic =) Best of luck to you! I'm happy to share any of my habit building tricks with you or anyone else looking for advice from a behavior modification specialist (I just graduated with a degree in behavioral science and started a graduate program in Behavior Analysis!) ...feel free to add me!
