Can't stop eating !!!

Hi everyone ,
I am basically new to the entire thing of eating healthy and I need some advice . I just can't stop eating, I love snacks and have no self control at all . How can I stop my anxiety ? Any ideas ??

Try and cut down bit by bit. So cut out one snack each week or change that snack for a more healthier option. Your body will soon get use to it. I find that on a day I've been to the gym or done exercise I'm more likely to want to eat health so maybe try adding in a little exercise each day or every other day (if you're not already) and see if that helps. We all have our bad days but I definitely feel alot better when I'm not snacking all the time.0

If you are brand new and having difficulty, I'd recommend being really diligent about tracking. It sounds to me like maybe you are not eating enough protein and fiber during the day, so you feel hungrier than you would otherwise. Doing some food tracking will help you identify if you have any deficiencies in your diet.
If you are stress eating or emotional eating- which is very common- you may want to track or at least make a point of checking in with yourself before you eat or drink, just to make sure you're actually feeling hunger. I have enjoyed Sean Flanagan's writing on the topic (Example here) but a google search will likely bring up tons of methods.
Also, depending on your individual situation, you may want to meet with a counselor or therapist who deals with emotional eating.1
