New to this site but not to Weight loss

Hi, everyone. I am a Mother, Wife, and Full-time student. I am graduating in March and I want to lose alot of weight. I know that I will not be at goal weight in 7 weeks but I have a mini-goal of at least 20-25 pounds to lose by then. I would like to be at goal weight maybe by summer or early Fall. My biggest desire is to be one of the Biggest Losers at home. I did join a gym and I worked out today 35 mins on the treadmill and 15 minutes on a bike. I have got all my water in today also. I just can't get all the calories in according to my needs. Any help would be appreciated. I would also love to have diet buddies for support and just sometimes conversation. My hubby works out of town and during the week I have work, kids, school, etc. No wonder I can't lose the weight!! But I am determined and I want this to be the year that I finally do it!!!!

  • My best advice to you is: Plan your meals in the morning for the entire day. If you see you have too many calories, simply delete some food. Once it's in your stomach, it's too late.
