Intermittent fasting?

Have you tried it? Does it work?
I'm not usually one to eat breakfast anyway but I'm going to try to fast for longer in the day to around 12 or 1 and stop eating around 8pm. I'll get all my calories in around that window. So the thinking around it is I'll burn my stored fat during the day and while I sleep.

Go for it.
I wouldn't be doing my form of fasting if it wasn't working. Just like we've trained ourselves not to eat during night time, you could train yourself not to eat in a big block of awaken time. It certainly reduces your chance of eating.0 -
Intermittent fasting is fine, I like two bigger meals instead of three. But it does not burn any more fat then having 6 meals or one meal a day. CICO1
