Hi guys,

I've been telling myself I'm going to do the 30 day shred for years but never go round to it, I've gone from 200 to 179 sticking to 1200 calories over the last month or so and eating slightly better before that since Jan.

I did the shred for the first time tonight and struggled to get through it.

Does it get easier? Anyone else had good results sticking to 1200 and doing the shred?

Just looking for some general motivation!

It absolutely gets easier. Then, you change levels and it's hard again. But it not only gets easier, but you NOTICE the changes in your body, and how something you struggled to complete just last week is less of a strain.

Hi. I just completed the program last month. I ate 1600 calories. I found that each level got easier and my strength increased tremendously. Use Anita; don't worry about doing unmoderated versions. To me there's a lot of cardio in level one and I could barely breathe in the beginning but around day 6/7 it was better.
