How often do you adjust your weight recording on MFP?

    once a week, friday is my weigh in day

    Daily. I like to get used to the daily variations.

    (I track the weekly numbers on a spreadsheet elsewhere)

    When I was losing, once a month. Now, never. I leave MFP with my goal weight and use a weight trending app.

    Daily at the moment in both MFP & Libra (Weight Trend App), as just started using Libra, but might start just logging my Friday weigh in on MFP going forward, I am undecided as yet.

    I weigh daily but only log it when there's a drop or if a gain is there for a few days in a row.

    I weigh myself and log it every day, no matter the number. It's easier to see the trend (up or down) with a lot more data points.

    I keep a daily log on paper, but I only put it into MFP when there's a loss from what I've previously logged. Otherwise I gain some water weight, drop it, and it posts to my feed that I've "lost weight." :P

    Usually once a week. Sometimes once every two weeks.
