57 lbs lost in one year and at my goal weight! (pics)

I am still having a hard time believing that it is really me, the success story. years and years of yo-yo dieting are behind me and the journey to maintain ahead of me! I hope these pictures are accurate enough to show how great I feel. I know my knock off editing software distorts things a bit!

~from 178 to 120.8
~from a size 14 pants to a size 4
~ Xl shirt to a small
~ from hating to even glance in the mirror, to probably enjoying it a little to much
~from getting winded after a walk to running ( and liking it!)
~from using my asthma meds everyday to using them 1-2 times a month
~from hating myself and being border line depressed to feeling happy (most of the time!:)

So me at 5'3" july of last year.. and july of this year..

    Thanks for sharing! I have almost the same starting stats, I hope that is me next July! Reinforces in my mind that I don't have to have this all acomplished in a few months, I need to take my time! You have a gorgeous family!
