Calorie adjustment

Why dose mfp - activity calories from my goal and not + them eg: goal 1900 - food 575 - activity 112 !
It should add them to give me calories remaining . Garmin connect seems to get the correct sum!! It adds active to my goal !!

    depending on what activity level you have MFP set on, you may not be doing enough activity to warrant an increase.

    For example, mine is set at sedentary. Any time I walk over 2000 steps it starts adding calories because i'm going over what MFP believes is sedentary. If I set MFP at lightly active, and only walk 2000 steps, they would subtract calories because I'm not actually being lightly active.

    Mine increases everytime I lose weight, because I am on maintenance/ very active. So minimum 2500 cals a day.... And gives me a reading - and + which is what I want so I know when I am using the cals from training... Or maybe I misunderstood your issue..☺️
