Hi everyone!
Here because I have a wedding dress to get into (to buy actually but I refuse to try one on until I've lost weight). Hoping that people's stories and tips on here will help me get to my goal. Looking to lose at least 3st by next Feb.
Achievable?

Definitely achievable, at a rate of 1.5lb per week you'd be able to lose 3 stone roughly in 7 months.1

I started about 3 months ago and I have lost over 30 lbs. I did change my eating habits and started walking. I walk 30-40 minutes a day. I eat a low cal and low carb diet. I have even started to incorporate some paleo meals. I also have done 2 challenges on MFP that were exercises one for arms and the other was squats. It was totally worth it. Check them out it was a May challenge that is still up and it has other exercise routine in there so a total of 4. I believe it was @Miamiseoul who posted it up. You can do this! Just one day at a time. Just remember if it doesn't seem to be working try another until you find what works for you. MFP has made it so much easier for me by just logging in everyday watching what i eat and taking responsibilty of myself. Hope to see you back on here and wait to see your results. Good luck1 -
Thank you both! Zarasahli that's excellent!! Well done on such amazing results! Very inspiring to hear! Looking forward to a new me (well, back to the old me haha). If anyone has diabetes T1 as well it would be really helpful to see how you have progressed as I have T1 and sometimes find losing harder x0
