Just thought I'd share my menu today. Each meal is under 400 calories and the pictured snack is under 200. I've lost 214 pounds so far so I must be doing something right!

Breakdown:

Eggs
Light English muffin with SF+fiber peach preserves
Tomatoes
Turkey bacon
Strawberries
A tangerine
Coffee with unsweetened almond milk and stevia

Tuna/horseradish/homemade Greek yogurt over tomato and under avocado
Sweet peppers
Cottage cheese

Homemade Greek yogurt
Banana
Stevia-sweetened crunchy oats

Slider burgers with pepperjack cheese and balsamic caramelized onions
Air-fried fries
Carrots

    Such a colorful menu! Real talk though - Would you recommend an air fryer? I love fries but haven't had them in a while. I could bake some with a small amount of oil, but they're not as good as when I use a bunch of oil :P

    I haven't used it as much as I could. I really have only tried fries or my daughter's fish sticks in it. It cooks them both a lot faster for sure.
