Hey so I want to update my iPod with a bunch of pump up jams and stuff that helps you go. So I figured this is the best place to ask, whats your jam that makes you go? I like everything so I'm open to new stuff :D Thanks so much!

Recently, I've been running to the new Simple Plan album (Get Your Heart On!) and All Time Low album (Dirty Work). I also have some Breathe Carolina, LMFAO, and 3Oh!3 thrown in the mix as well! :)

Well, I'm a rocker myself, so I personally like a lot of Five Finger Death Punch (Meet the Monster, and The Bleeding are good), Atreyu(Someones Standing on My Chest), Avenged Sevenfold (Scream, Nightmare, Bat Country), Bullet For My Valentine (Tears Don't Fall) that's just to name a few.

You might not like these, but they really get me going and keep me pushing through workouts.

Que Te Pica by Notch. Or pretty much anything by him. It's Spanglish rap and amazing, and never fails to get me in a good mood and make me want to dance (or run, or workout)! My old Zumba instructor used it in her class, and it was always one of my favourites. When it comes on at home, and I can't help myself from doing the dance, lol

Edit to Add: Anything by Disturbed is always good, too! I like to put that on when I'm on the weight floor with the big boys, haha. Totally makes me feel like a BA

My two top songs are Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Peas and Universal Mind Control by Common. I don't typically listen to that kind of music, but those two just get me going.

I also like Remember the Name by Fort Minor, Pulse of the Maggots by Slipknot, and anything by Rammstein
