Hello,
I'm having trouble with getting a variety of weight lifting exercises at home using free weights. I have dumbells, kettle bells and barbells as well as a lifting bench. I'm about to buy some resistance bands as well. I do not feel I'm doing as much at home vs when I had access to a gym and their machines.
I started looking on Pinterest, Youtube and websites to get an idea but I'm not 100% sure if I should trust what I see. Do you have any websites you follow ?
Thanks for the help.
