Breakfast.

I need filling breakfast ideas. I'm growing super tired of eggs and fruit everyday. I've tried oatmeal with every mix in I can imagine and it's just not appealing to me. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I love breakfast! It's my favorite meal of the day.
Here are two of my favorites that don't involve eggs (since you said you were bored with them)
The combinations below keep me satisfied for about 3-4 hours generally.
PB & Banana Wrap ~410 cal
Low-carb, high-fiber tortilla (70 cal)
32g Laura Scudder natural peanut butter (200 cal)
~125g banana (110 cal)
10g raw honey (30 cal)
** To make: warm the tortilla for 10 secs in the microwave, spread the PB on top of it, slice the banana and place in the center of the tortilla on top of the PB, drizzle the honey over the banana. Fold it up like a burrito.
Banana Split ~340 cal
~125g banana (110 cal)
118g 4% Cottage Cheese (110 cal)
10g raw honey (30 cal)
38g wheat toast (90 cal)
** To make: slice the banana lengthwise, add cottage cheese on top of it, drizzle the honey, quarter the toast and place around the sides. Looks kinda like a banana split!
I'd love to hear from you if you try these ideas and like them or improve on them!

My current favourite is 1/4 cup-1/3 cup of greek yogurt, half a bagel toasted with peanut butter and 1-2 servings of fruit. Usually fills me up pretty good, especially if I throw a banana in there. Apple is a particular fave and often seems to help do the trick.2
