      Thanks everyone. It has taken almost 2 years with more than a few ups and downs. I still look for that magic wand and have not found it yet LOL With as much as I had to take off at the beginning, I broke it down into 10 pound increments. That was attainable and not so overwhelming. It all comes down to do you wanna eat yourself to death or are you going to choose to live. Harsh but true in my case.

      If I can be of any help to anyone please let me know. The people here at this site have helped me time and again. We all need that support and I'd like nothing better than to help by paying it forward if I can. Have a great day!
