I did it for my first 3 months on here and did very well. I loved it. My plan was when I hit 240 pounds I would start a low calorie, which I am on now. I can help ya with some stuff but by no means am I an expert0

no it's not like that at all.
the first 2 weeks you can have 8 cups of vegetables and tomatoes and avacados for your fruits...(some people do it longer than 2 weeks but it depends on your goal)
then phase 2 you add carbs back slowly and can have some fruits
phase 3 you can have a great variety but you still count carbs carefully and go up in small increments until you find your tolerance
then in the 4th and final phase you maintain for life....it's good i promise
i have insulin resistance and PCOS and my Dr. actually suggested it....i have come off of blood pressure meds....my cholesterol and triglyceride levels are down....i'm doing great0 -

that is my favorite part of it.....and along with the fast results i love not feeling like i'm hungry all the time....this way of eating is very satisfying0 -
I'm in long-term Induction, since February '11, and feel great! It's not hard, just make sure you get enough variety in your foods. It actually seems to get easier as I go along. Never hungry, don't crave the bad carbs. Feel very energetic and healthy!0

I am an avid Afkins lady. I just love the lifestyle. Lots of veg ( I love my veg) and good protein and healthy fats. Good cave man food ! I love it!0
