Im new to all this...

I began fast walk a week ago for an hour 7 days a week, also with my 1300 calorie diet plan. Im 31 yrs old 5'1 tall. I decided to love life and to get off the depression i was living in. Im currently at 177lbs. I am taking advices from anyone. I want to lose weight, gain my confidence, and be a happy gal. Please anyone lmk if i am doing ok with this plan or will i see any different in the future. Thanks much Jen :)

    I love walking and exercising!!! Keep going...I go to gym and I feel physically and mentally better. It helps me with anxiety. I got an Apple Watch and helps me being more active.

    Hi I'm new too I've been using map my walk I've lost 18pounds in 1month in a half I'm also trying to gain my confidence back... just keep it up

    Walking is great exercise and great for mood. I always try to take a walk 1st thing in the am to really start the day off right!

    I just decided to start today. Hopefully inwill be consistent which has always being my problem- consistency. Hopefully I will start will walking and then running
