Hi I am new but need support and motivation

I understand it's June 11 but I'm climbing back onto that wagon again and I am striving not to fall off again.Dr put it so eloquently "I know what I should do and they can tell me what to do but I am the only one who can do it.

    Join the YMCA
    Swim every morning
    Do more for my health and don't let others burden me with their needs over mine

    My goals are to log my foods every day and try to stay within my calorie allowance. Also to swim twice a week and do at least 15 minutes of strength training every other day. I do quite a lot of walking so I am happy with my cardio exercise at the moment. I have lost 31 pounds since August last year, but have been trying to lose weight since 2012. This time i want to succeed and get to my goal of around 136 pounds, hopefully this year! :)
