Hi! I'm 5+ months into this and need to lose my last 10-15 pounds. Add me!

My stats:

SW - 186.5
CW - 169.5
GW - 155/158

5'7" female
I eat at a small deficit and love to do Zumba and strength training.

I'm am only losing about .5-.75 pounds per week but I still eat lots of yummy food!

    Hi there....I think that losing that much a week is pretty healthy. I've been on (and off) MFP for quite a while now. Down 13lbs and have about 9 lbs to go.
