Hi!!

Hi everyone!!!

I'm Heather. I'm 32 and a mom of 9 year old twins. I work a lot, I go to school full time and I mom.

I've had an issue with my weight for a very long time. I've recently discovered the joys of the gym and go about 5 times a week now. My issue....eating. OMG I love food! Who doesn't? So now that I've got the working out going, I need to learn how to eat.

I would love to meet others who are or have already gone through the weight loss and what not. Others who know the pain.

    Hi! You can friend me, I also love food! I don't plan on ditching any food group or eating less then 1400cal a day, I do however know I need to lose some weight and that means cutting back on the extras.

    I also need to cut back on the calories. I've done so a little bit, but need to a lot more. Right now, I could really go for a mountain dew or an energy drink.
