well it is hard to give stats because it would depend on what brands of ingredients you use.

but an approximation would be 70 cal. 1 fat
  • Sounds so yummmmy! By any chance do you have the calorie and nutritional value? I want a slice! I  peanut butter and chocolate. Thank you!

I do not know where these numbers came from but everyone should add up their own ingredients, (exactly what you would use)

    I get:
    Calories 75 <a little higher
    Total Fat 1.1 g
Carbs 14 mg <a little higher
    Sodium 200 mg <much higher
    Sugars 7 g <a little higher
    Protein 3 g <a little higher

I also did not add the crispy rice cereal to this so the numbers will be different..

I was unable to find Honey with lower sugar than 20, and I was unable to find skim milk with lower than 21 grams of sugar, you need 14 oz. or 1.75 servings of 8 ounces of skim milk.

it is still a very healthy substitue to say a snickers! so I will be making these and trying them out!

I went back to plug in this recipe and put in a different serving amount for the Pudding (it only had "serving" as an amount choice, so I put in 6?...) and came up with about 141 calories per slice. But that seems high.

    So, I don't know.... :embarassed:
