    waffles, smothered in butter and syrup. Bacon and cheese omelet, biscuits and gravy, eggs over easy with toast.

    well....that WAS my favorite

    Now its more like whole wheat waffles with sugar free syrup. Turkey bacon, egg whites, and reduced fat cheese.

    But hey, nothing tastes as good as healthy feels :)

    Sounds like you found a really nice substitute though. That's awesome!

    Mine is 1/2 a cantaloupe and an omlette
    Omlette: 1 egg, 4 egg whites, spinach, and pico de gallo.

    omg.... I love pico de gallo on any omelet I have.....
    before I started eating healthier, my fave was french toast..... but I'm still learning to make healthier breakfasts so I dont have a healthy fave yet

    I thought of one.... I eat it for lunch rather when I have it but I do LOVE cottage cheese and fruit!! and I LOVE watching my bf look at me in disgust cause he can't stand cottage cheese... but thats great cause MORE FOR ME!!

    COFFEE!!!

    and

    One or two soft boiled eggs with a half or whole Thomas Light English Muffin, with a bit of coconut oil spread on it

    or

    Kashi Go Lean Crunch with coconut milk (So Delicious brand) and blueberries

    Sometimes will add a Morningstar Farms sausage patty

    I LOVE BREAKFAST!!

    crab cake eggs benedict. I used to only eat it when I went out, but now that I know how to make it, I make eggs benedict regularly. Not the best for a diet, but tastes sooo good!

    this is surprisingly filling:

    2 small corn tortillas (guererro's from costco) + one wedge of laughing cow swiss or chipotle split between the two and spread like cream cheese.

    toast them up in a dry pan, then slather with tobasco or tapatio and fold them over like tacos

    = 150 calories!

    I've turned into a big coffee drinker over the last few years.

    I struggle with breakfast. I dislike eggs (but I'll eat them) and need to watch my carb intake. Working on adding a little flavor to my breakfast. Diced green chilis are GREAT additions to egg dishes.

    I struggle with breakfast. I dislike eggs (but I'll eat them) and need to watch my carb intake. Working on adding a little flavor to my breakfast. Diced green chilis are GREAT additions to egg dishes.

    That's why my breakfast is usually protein coffee! Best of both worlds :)

    Mine is Porridge made with water, seeds and sultanas with a tbsp of honey.

    I have it everyday-i love it :)
