Is drinking mix/water the same as drinking lots of water?

I just can't stand drinking water alone. However, I usually like putting in grape flavoring into my water and I'll drink 3-5 (24oz) water bottles a day. However, I'm not loosing weight like I would think I would! Could it be from the flavoring? I have attached images of the flavoring I'm using. Any suggestions would be great in relation to the flavoring of water!

Yes, of course it still counts as water. Anything with water in it counts toward hydration.
No, it's not interfering with your weight loss unless you're drinking enough of it to put you in a caloric surplus.1 -
nope, (unless you are drinking dozens and dozens of servings a day!)0

It doesn't negate the properties of the water, so yes you're drinking water. But that's not the cause of you not losing...that is likely due to inaccurate logging.1

With 10 calories it's not affecting your weight loss. There probably is something off with your logging.
It still counts as water.1 -
Are you logging the flavouring? It has calories so should be logged (particularly if you're having more than 2-3 packets per day).
Outside of that, flavoured water is still water as far as hydration is concerned.1 -
I drink a ton of mio flavored water. Made it so much easier to cut soda out. Still losing weight. 10lbs this last month0

@frmr96, if you are mixing it according to the strength it says on the package, that's 1 1/2 packets of grape mix per 24 oz. bottle, or 30 calories per bottle, and 3 to 5 bottles per day, that's 90 to 150 calories per day. Are you logging those calories? Are there other things you eat and drink that you aren't logging?3

thanks for the thoughts... I usually only put 1 packet of the grape mix in my bottle when I fill it each time. I too been struggling with cutting out soda 100%, but doing the grape mix in the water has helped a lot. Yes, I usually count the calories... I was using the diary on the fitnesspal app, but truthfully, I haven't logged anything in quite a while. I definitely need to get back to walking on the treadmill every day again. I can't run due to bad knees that can't taking the pounding of running or jogging!
It's really interesting when you look at the nutrition facts, it says 20 servings per box and each packet is only 1/2 serving. BUT yet, on the front of the box, it says 1 packet per 16.9 oz of water!1 -

Actually, it says each packet is 2 servings as the serving size is 1/2 a packet.2 -

If you aren't logging, how do you know whether you are in a calorie deficit? (Well, actually, we know you're not if you aren't losing weight.)It's really interesting when you look at the nutrition facts, it says 20 servings per box and each packet is only 1/2 serving. No, as Chadxx pointed out, each packet is two servings (20 calories). If you're thinking of each packet as 1/2 serving (20 calories), you're ignoring 15 calories for each packet. 45 to 75 calories a day wouldn't wipe out a calorie goal designed to have you lose a pound a week, or even a half pound a week. But if you're making other mistakes like this about how large a serving size is, plus you're not logging, ... well, it's not surprising you're not losing.1
