In stuck ive been training like bodybuilding ways for 2 years now made some great gains along the way but. I Deadlifted for the first time'I know right 2 years without Deadlifting" I current weigh 88kg and I went from 100kg for 5reps to 120kg for 1 rep. I'm looking for a coach to push me to my goals but not sure strongman or bodybuilding... Style of trading for Size and competition. P.s from manchester England 21yr male. 5"10

Do you mean the actual sport of Strong Man or just...training for strength/power as opposed to bodybuilding/hypertrophy?

Do what you want. The stronger you are, the more you can lift in the hypertrophy range for muscle gain. It all goes hand in hand. Pick a program that incorporates both such as PHUL.

Yeah, you'll need to get that deadlift up then...

Run a strength program. Or hire a coach to write you a program with a progressive overload.
