New routine advice?

Im starting a new exercise program. This consists of 3 x 30 minute full body strength training per week, 3 x 20 pilates per week and 30 minutes per day on a stationary bike (15 in the morning and 15 at night). Is this enough tp lose some body fat while building or at least maintaining some muscle? Anything i should add or remove? I am eating 1400 calories and my goal is body fat loss and an increase in strength/ endurance when exercising.

There r many ways of exercising n what u have looks fine on paper. Start doing them n listen to ur body for any adjustment needed. If ur body needs to eat back some calories u burned in exercising then go ahead. The last thing I would suggest is for u to eat .6 to .8g of protein per pound of body weight to conserve muscle mass.
Good luck!
PS make sure the weight training is done in non consecutive days0 -

If you're eating in a deficit you will lose weight, and yes, by doing strength training you will minimise muscle loss.
Other than that, if you enjoy your stationary bike and Pilates then your routine is fine0 -
Sounds a nice balance but if you are looking for improved stamina/endurance then those cardio sessions are very short. At least one longer session a week would be beneficial.
If all this exercise is an addition to your routine please remember your calorie goal is 1400 + exercise calories.0 -
Just listen to your body not the hype or fad workouts or diets. Get creative and try tons of workouts and find what you enjoy and makes it easiest to stick with. There isn't a perfect one size fits all diet or workout so don't be afraid to try everything.0
