So I started at 80.6 kgs, I've been eating under my calories but gone up to 81.4 kgs.
I'm going to put it down to the change in how I'm eating now and hopefully will see some loss next week.

It's the trending line not the week to week that counts. Keep doing the right things and the scale will catch up with you.

Have you been using a scale? Lots of people think they're eating under their calories but the portion sizes are off.
When you start eating differently and exercising more, your body will also hold on to a bit of water weight for a short time.0 -
I tend to eat a whole serving so like, a tin of tuna or a premade chicken meal so I just scan the barcodes for them. For porridge and fruit salads I've been weighing them though.0
