I've just discovered that meringue nests are only 50 kcal apiece. Helloooooo, Eton Mess

Chocolate milk and long life custard. You can have 300ml of custard without making a dent on your day.1

Caramel candies. Always assumed they'd be 80 calories or something... nope, 25!4

Unsweetened almond milk. For 150 ml only 13cals

Mine is sort of the exact opposite. Kraft Calorie wise salad dressing, quite often is only 5 or 10 calories less per tbsp. So unless you are using half the bottle, its essentially no different from normal Salad dressing.4

Low fat string cheese! Most people on "diets" seem to avoid cheese but this is only 50 cal and 7g protein.8

Tuna pouches
Almond milk
Cauliflower rice and cauliflower rice medleys

Berries!! High in sugar cOntent but all I count are calories and seem to be doing fine!
1 medium strawberry- about 5 cal
Cup of blueberries- about 90 cal
Blackberries, raspberries, and so on. Yummy!!2 -

Agree with the string cheese
Piece of string cheese and a piece of fruit is a pretty nice snack for 100-150 calories
-Pea crisps (just ate these!)
-Vegetables in general
-Berries, nectarines, peaches, plums
-Shredded cheese. I was surprised when I weighed it out, a typical 28g serving goes pretty far

Probably not. I tend to air pop mine...nice big bowl for like 130 calories.2 -
300g of cantaloupe is amazing, has 800mg potassium and is only around 100 cals and it's a HUGE portion.2

And Wendy's Chilli blew my mind in 2013 and I've been eating it ever since lol 280cals and tons of protein and fibre7

Potatoes, like seriously they have had a bad rap, they aren't high in calories. Love those delicious things.7
