30DS - start again??

hi guys!

im having a dilema - i thinking about starting 30ds agian from the beginning. i was doing really well then i had my friends wedding at the weekend so have missed 4/5 days. i was up to about day 12.

im wondering if starting agian from scratch will motivate me agian - or shall i just pick up where i left off?

what do you think?

    You see, I was wondering the same thing, then just decided to do it when I can.
    at least it's a workout!

    Maybe pick up from where you left off, but if you can't handle it (say you're on level 2 for example) then I'd start again. If you were only ever on level 1, you might consider just starting fresh.

    1 was on level 2, plus doing some of her other dvds too....... maybe ill just start at level 2 and do the whole 10 days of that then level 3 :)

    I would just pick up where I left off and assuming your on Level 2 I would just act like I was on day 13 and do it for an extra 4/5 days before moving to Level 3 but it depends how difficult you find it, if your endurance has slipped then start Level 1 over to build it up again.
