Just wanted to say Hello!
I'm here after a LOOONG plateau. I lost about 35 lbs on weight watchers; plateaued after about 22 weeks on plan. I started lifting heavy weights and lost a TON of inches. BUT, my weight is not dropping. I just don't think that I was eating enough calories on weight watchers. So here I am, and I'm counting macros. Trying to get use to the "extra" calories and the increase in protein. It's a big of a culture shock, but after 37 weeks on weight watchers, I'm ready to move on and I'm hoping this works!

Hi! I used WW to lose about 10 post baby/post holiday/bad eating habit pounds. I did 4 months online and I loved it. Now using the good habits I relearned here to maintain on mfp.

I started weight watchers about 2 1/2 months ago and have been following the program religiously but I'm noticing that I'm not having much success so I think I might cancel my membership next month. I give them credit for getting my mindset on eating healthier and exercising but I'm just thinking the program may not be for me. I seem to be having more luck here on MFP so this is where I'm going to stick to too and see how it goes.,
