Vacationing help

Who wants to help me plan/trouble shoot?
Here is my situation. I have been eating very strictly - high protein and low fats and low carb for 6 months. I've lost about 20 pounds and 3 dress/pant sizes. I've been stalled and not losing weight for about 2 months, which is frustrating.
I leave next Monday for a 2 week vacation. We are flying (packing and liquid issue) to a place where most of the food is imported and prices on foods can be rather high. (6+ dollars for a dozen eggs, $5 for a gallon of milk, 4.50 for a loaf of cheap white bread... just for reference)
I need a mental game plan. I do NOT want to go off track just because I am vacationing. I know,2 weeks can cause a serious setback... plus, I am not used to fatty foods and don't want to feel bad during the trip. I plan to walk, hike, swim a good bit. And I am pretty sure I will have access to a fitness center.
Ideas? Tips?

Maybe consider eating the local food but avoiding fried food and using portion control? Avoid buffets if at a hotel/resort. I doubt you will ruin the weight loss work you've done so far in only 2 weeks unless you binge every day....3

That's great advice. Yeah, I'm not binge eater... I err on the side of not eating enough (good food). Local food is a good idea - probably cheaper too. I thought about packing packets of oatmeal in my luggage for breakfasts. I don't know if that's the best idea though. I ican see all of my clothes covered in oatmeal flakes from being roughed up by TSA.0

Are you staying at a resort? If so, buffet style meals are very common and usually include some lower calorie options. The problem is in passing up the majority of higher calorie ones. Otherwise, as stated above, use portion control, drink lots of water and stay active.
And above all else, enjoy yourself!
Edited to add: When you get home, don't freak out if the scale reads significantly higher. Give it a few days and then re-weigh yourself. Flying makes you retain water like crazy, but it's just water weight and will dissipate within the first week that you're back.2 -
What in the world do you eat if you eat low carb and low fat? That's just not possible.2

Egg whites, baked chicken, spinach, low fat yogurt... looks like it is possible to me. None of those things are high in fats and none are high in carbs either. I do eat some almonds each day for a source of healthy fats and I also will eat some oatmeal sometimes, as I mentioned earlier. .... thanks though...lol
