Here's the class description. It's strength training but also cardio.
Strength Train Together will blast all members’ muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Strength Train Together combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get members’ heart rates up, make them sweat, and push them to a personal best!
Thanks for the help!

Sounds like a fun class.0

Sounds like Les Mills BodyPump. I take it everyday. Which MFP has in its database and awards around 364 calories per hour. I would log it as that.0

I do a class that sounds just like this and I put it under Les Mills Body Pump - this is already recognised by MFP and pretty much the same thing!0
