Hello to anybody out there. Never done this type of thing before but decided to use MyFitnessPal to give me that extra push.
I want to keep and maintain the results I have achieved over the past couple of years and I am enjoying the feeling so want to chase my younger years and push for a little bit more
Any tips for an oldish guy are welcome
