Anyone use a Simply Fit board?

I recently purchased a simply fit board. It is actually something I can do, without knee pain, that gets my heart rate up and feels like a total body workout, when used with weights.

Anyone else have one of these? What has been your experience so far?

I have one and I love it! Would like to know if people use it and let their Fitbit count the twist motions as steps or if they record it as an excercise.

Hello, I have just started using the Simply Fit Board. How has worked for you?

I have ordered one and it should be here this week. I would be interested to see how it has worked for others.

I was just given one of these to participate in a research project. Pretty fun to do and I sweat after a couple of minutes.

Has anyone lost weight using Simply Fitboard. I am tempted to buy it but not sure if its effective. I do have a knee problem so want to check on that also

I used one in Walmart the other day for funsies. Nothing I could ever do as my main workout though.

I just bought mine and am looking to use it to lose weight and build up my core muscles without impact on my knees due to previous knee injuries from being hit by a car. I will have to get a cheap mat since I have tiled floors. I will be starting this by Jan 1, 2017.

How long do you all tend to use it? How to you incorporate it in your fitness routine?

I have one and love it. I think many on the message boards don't like it because they are just using it for twisting. More effective if you do more exercise with it. If you search YouTube there are some workout videos from Rosalie Brown. There is a recording of a Facebook Live workout that is about 40 minutes long. I've been doing that for a couple of weeks now and you REALLY feel it. You work all of your body with the exercises in the workout. I highly recommend giving it a try. I'm always sweating when I am finished.
