Anxious to make some friends. Have tried loosing weight for at least 42 years. Hoping this time I can keep myself disciplined. Will be looking for supportive posts. It's mostly a healthy lifestyle I'm striving for.

    Thanks, that's my plan. Been sitting for 2 yrs had a knee replacement 2 yrs ago and a hip last august. Just walking 5 mins. at a time, kinda fast speed. Doing it 6 times a day. Figure it's movement at least and better than nothing. Good place to start for me.Glad to have a friend.
