I have seen a few people mention turbo fire in the last couple of days. What is this??

It is a very intense cardio program via DVD. A friend of mine has it and loves it because of the intensity and the fat burning percentages. Also she said that the music for the exercise program is killer!0

It's a program by Chalene Johnson who also created Turbo Jam and ChaLEAN Extreme. I suppose, it's a more extreme version of a Turbo Jam; but I'm not 100% sure. I think you can see it on Beachbody.com or maybe it has it's own website.

Turbo fire is an extreme workout. It have HIIT, which take your intensity to the max!! it looked insane when i first saw it, but i kinda want to try it. I don't know that much since i'm only starting with it. But i heard that it burns 5X or 9X of fat and keep going for 24 hours!!! Chalene, the coach in the video...is very motivative. i'm starting it next week. Wish me luck :P0

Only the most fun way to exercise EVER! I have tried almost all home DVD's and once I got Turbofire... the search has been over! Its fun and you almost... almost forget you are working out. Its more like a dance party... I mean... Par--Tayyyy!0

Turbo Fire is a high intensity cardio workout, which includes HIIT workouts too! It's like Turbo Jam, but 100 times higher intensity!0

Turbo Fire is a great Cardio Base home-workout program that burns calories, tones up the body and makes you sweat...a lot...lol.0

That's about right. It's like Turbo Jam on speed. One thing she does with Turbo Fire that she didn't with Turbo Jam was include stretching DVD's. The music is awesome. It's not superficial background noise. All the moves go with the beat of the music. Like all the beachbody programs, it's a full workout program with cardio and strength training.0
