    Alright guys! Lets do this!, I have a month before I go back to school and I want to lose as much weight as possible! (the healthy way tho) So lets get started!
    We should try to weigh ourself on Mondays... mainly because it will cause us to be cautious during the weekends when people are known to binge more! And we have to make sure we get to the gym or workout AT LEAST 4 times a week! Make sure to incorporate weights to build muscle tissue!
