Ive tried before, and eventually I always drop the ball. But i don't want that to be this time. Could use lits of encouraging friends.

Set achievable goals for yourself with a realistic time line. Develop an equally achievable fitness/diet program and stick to it. Then,once you finish for the day, get on with your daily routine remembering "All you can do is all you can do" so just keep going.

I could've written that post myself. I was in a good place at the end of last year in terms of my diet and fitness... I don't know where I have gone wrong again but am determined to get back there!0
