    I love making loaded nachos!
    Whole wheat tortilla chips: 140
Sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup: 110
    Chicken breast: 110
Fajita packet: (it is like 10 calories for 2 tbsp you dont even need 1 tbsp)
    Lettuce
    Onion
    Sour Cream: 45
    Salsa 2 tbsp: 15
    About 430 calories
Of course you cna add and subtract your toppings!

  • The loaded nachos sound great! How many whole wheat chips can I have?

I think it is about 12. You will have to read on the back of the bag. It doesn't sound like much, but you have a lot more than just the chips going on so you can feel full!

thanks!!!! always looking for new things to try :)
  • Yummy dessert:

1 small tub of cottage cheese or ricotta (I have used both)
1 tub of Cool Whip Lite
1 small box of sugar free jell-o. (Any flavor, my favorite is orange)

Mix jello with cheese. when mixed well, mix with 1/2 tub for cool whip. Chill for 1 hour, serve topped with dollop of cool whip.
