Somewhat New Here

HI there,
I am not a total newbie, a couple of years back I had used myfitnesspal and lost 50 lbs slow and steady. However, I gained half of that back but things have changed. My health declined and I can't fully do what I used to. I now use a wheelchair (one of those cool lightweight ones). Does anyone have any suggestions for exercises that I could incorporate? I take my chair out on a trail twice a week and that is a great workout, but it's not easy to track that... So are there any apps anyone uses that might work? I also do a little bit of strength training with a resistance band (the docs don't want me really lifting actual weights). Any suggestions would be much appreciated and I hope to make some friends here and accountability buddies - before I had people I worked with who were my accountability buds, but I no longer work.
