Hi my name is Frank. I am 38 years old and travel a lot. I recently got serious about my diet and training because I am currently at my heaviest at 290 pounds and Im not getting any younger. Ive noticed things that I am struggling to do that were not an issue before. I was also even recently prescribed medications to bring down my blood pressure (NOT GOOD). I am a nurse practitioner and currently work at two different locations (hence the "lots of travel" part). I have mad a firm decision to put down the ugly diet and alcohol and get to work. I know that I can transform my body cause Ive done it before. A couple years ago I joined a transformation challenge and dropped 50 pounds in 12 weeks. So NOW.......I am booking a vacation to Mexico with my wife on a resort on November 1st this year. My goal is to drop 90-100 pounds in the next 20 weeks. Which averages to 4.5 pounds a week. I started my diet and exercising this past Monday June 12th. I am eating clean and working towards it......time to put in the work and make it happen.

    Wow good for you Frank I'm Gemma 35 years old from the UK. You sound very positive and motivated. Like you said If you done It before you can definitely do it again. You know it's not easy but that's why you have joined MFP.
    I have 18lbs to go I've lost 41lbs since last year so far but I needed support as second time around (second baby) I just can't shift the last lot myself (I get very big when preggo)
    I'll help you keep motivated so you can be ready for your holidays in 12 weeks :)
