Healthy BMI!

I've lost enough weight that I am now technically in the healthy range. And, yes, I so realize for athletes and really muscular people BMI is not useful. But I'm not muscular or athletic (yet!). I've still got a ways to go before I feel like I'm really at the healthiest weight for my body, but it's a nice milestone.

BMI is a decent indicator for the majority of the population, so it is absolutely awesome that you in the healthy range. I remember getting there and being over the moon with the result like you.
Congratulations!4 -
Great job. I'm about 11 lbs away from a healthy bmi and your spot on about people always banging on about bmi not being accurate for athletes and body builders. The thing that I always want to point out to them is I'm not an athlete or a body builder (and neither are they) so why bring it up?1

Thanks everyone for the support! It took time and effort, but I really feel so much better0
