Trying to get control on my weight up and down 5 pounds the last few years! Got the workout down, need more control on sugars, alcohol and junk carbs! Anybody else on my road!

I am a carb freak right now switching to Italian pickled vegs and salads working out indoors tai chi and weights dumbbell chart on wall AZ outside temps 120F this week normally walk to park getting myself off insulin been a diabetic since 2005 will go 100 Vegan in about a month... amazing how our bodies change once we hit 64 i am fighting this and want to turn the clock backward....its the journey not the destination...0

Big fan of foods, me too up and down with ten pounds. Pushed away ice cream and candy bars and logging in on this calorie website to keep an eye on all my calorie intake daily, which has been very helpful to me. Trying add some light exercise to my program, but with over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, I need a early start for outdoor activities.
62 years young and feeling good, just need to trim off some pounds.
