Macro counting help! Are my calculations right?

Does anyone know what the best method for counting macros is? There are a ton of calculators out there and they are all giving me different results. HELP!

I used ketoapp one and it's very accurate1

Not sure which macro calcs are out there, but I just go for about 1g/lb protein, 2g/lb carbs and the rest fat. Seems to work pretty well for bulk or cut.1

nice! thanks everyone. I started this week and I like the fact it keeps me accountable with my portions, etc. Lost the normal 2lbs from Monday to today (Saturday) Any other tips or advice?0
