Hello everyone. I quit smoking about six months ago and turned to running. I recently found this app and im excited to share my journey with people. I have lost 21 lbs and 4% body fat in the last six months. At first i was just running but not watching my diet. 2 months ago is when i really started to watch my diet and exercise. I ran my first half marathon in 1:45 in April and now im hooked. Lets be friends and keep eachother motivated :)

    Congrats!!! Quit smoking 2 months ago, funny how it has a ripple effect of making other healthier life decisions. I started running too after years of very little real exercise. Feels so amazing to have lungs that work properly. I used to be a runner, soccer player, yoga practitioner and more before smoking - 15 years later finally getting back to my old self! Keep up the good work
