600 calories only and exercise on top of it? Hate to tell you that that's a recipe for disaster. VLCD even monitored by DOCTORS at 500 calories don't recommend any exercise due to the calories being so low.
Also, you may have to worry about your hair falling out and other health issues because a diet that low in calories reduces the amount of NUTRIENTS you NEED to be essentially healthy. So things like anemia are not uncommon. So you may fit the dress, but may come in with thinner hair and dark circles under your eyes.
You're better bet is a moderate reduction paying attention to your total overall calories and not going under 1200. How do I know this? Because I've trained several hundred females getting ready for a wedding.

Thank you so much for your response. When I say exercise, it's only a slow jog as I am not fit enough to do anything more! I suppose it's a desperation thing. Exante warn of the hair loss, but do assure that all the supplements are loaded with all RDA vitamins and minerals. I find losing weight difficult as I am in remission from cancer, (medullary Thyroid carcinoma) and my weight ballooned, due to a messed up metabolism (and eating crap food if I am honest) I was told by my endocrinologist that weight loss would be slow....... so this thing was a desperate measure. Thank you once again for taking the time to response. You sound like you know your onions xx0

Is your doctor OK with this? Probably better to not compromise your health any more than you have to. Be kind to your body. It's already been through a lot of trauma. Not sure this is worth it, just to zip a dress up.2 -
Dresses can be altered. Your future husband is marrying you, not you in that dress - I'm sure you both want to enjoy the lead up to the wedding, and the wedding day... Not something you'll be doing if you persist in undernourishing your body for that long.
Eat at a reasonable deficit, get some exercise, and spend a bit of time finding a good seamstress to fix the dress.3 -
TRUTH: It isn't necessary to be extreme to lose fat fast.
Your current plan is extreme!0 -
Well I guess I will give it my best shot as I have paid for it now lol! To be honest..... I am not sure how long I could keep up with just 3 products a day, will keep you posted xx0

How about using the products, but also adding food? Use the drinks as snacks/breakfast, but eat main meals at lunch and dinner?1 -

Agreed. That way you could get a significant deficit without going too extreme.0 -
