Welcome! Best tips I've got is track all your food using the app, be 100% honest and get some food scales if you haven't already. Also add some MFP friends for support, questions and to just have folks in your corner. Good luck

Food prep. Have a quick option for when you are hungry and in a hurry.

Don't let a bad day become a bad week.

    Be consistent.

    Good luck

Thank you for your advice, I really appreciate that. I've just bought some digital scales and prep containers.

my tip would be to just not keep "danger" foods in the house ! Hard if you have family, but i ve banned crisps, icecream and biscuits! My friend who I share with keeps them in his room out of sight and out of mind !

Don't be upset if the scales don't show a drop, take measurements today!...

when the scales don't go down check your measurements

also feel free to add me as a friend, I'm UK Glasgow and I log daily :)

Water. Lots of water. You need at least 2 litres a day which sounds loads, but it's good for you and keeps you "full". Also, hunger pangs are often just thirst, so a glass of water first, if you're still hungry, brush your teeth. If you're still hungry - then fresh veggies.
