would be great if it could be integrated into myfitnesspal.

Mfp doesn't have a team of doctors to monitor people! Can you imagine the cost?

The diabetes community is a pretty independent group. After all, they don't have a team of doctors to follow them around every day.

It's one of those chronic conditions where the patient must self monitor to be successful.

There are ways to adapt the app to better suit diabetic tracking. For instance, I separated my snacks to AM, Aft and PM.

Tracking BG in notes is a pain.

Depends on what you mean by "Diabetes myfitnesspal", there are people on MFP with diabetes. You can seek out support groups through the forums - always great to have people with the same condition on your friend list to help guide you through your diabetes.

If you're referring to medical attention on MFP, @livingleanlivingclean is right, it doesn't exist. However, you can integrate the use of MFP's food diary with your doctor / nutritionist / diabetologist so that they can monitor your dietary intake and help you with your diabetic control.
