Hi Everyone :)!
I joined this site a couple of weeks ago and have met some amazing people! I realize I definitely need some active and supportive friends! Goodness knows this is a hard enough journey to take, but the help and support of wonderful people make it so much easier and a more exciting and wonderful experience! Thank you in advance :) I would love to in turn be there to help anyone else who needs MFP friends who are active on here :)! I really am excited for this!

    Welcome! I too have met some pretty fantastic folks & they've helped & supported me greatly!

    You have my support here... This website and support of friends have definetely change the way I look at food..

    Now I balance what I eat and combination of exercises, I've accomplish a lot...
